John Boos
Director, Woltemade Center for Economics, Business and Entrepreneurship

John came to Ohio Wesleyan in 1983. He obtained his B.S.M.E. from Duke University, his L.L.B. from George Washington University, and his M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut.

Professor Boos teaches Marketing Management, Entrepreneurship, Financial Management, E-Commerce Business Strategies, and a Senior Seminar on International Business.

Patricio Plazolles
Program Officer, Woltemade Center for Economics, Business and Entrepreneurship

Patricio was born in Peru and grew up in a small city south of Lima.

After graduation from the Universidad Católica de Santa Maria, Plazolles worked as a budget and cost control analyst for Hierro-Peru, the country’s largest iron mine.

He arrived in the United States in 1986. In 1989, Plazolles came to Ohio Wesleyan University to work in the accounting department of the Office of Business Affairs. He has served the Woltemade Center since 2003, having also worked for Information Systems at the University.
